MJ's journey with clay began in Canada as a creative escape from her corporate life, and it blossomed into a passion that led her to set up a cozy home studio in Amsterdam. Inspired by textures, patterns, and her travels, she thoughtfully wheel-throws, carves, and hand-paints each piece with love, using bright and neutral colors to create everyday items like mugs, bowls, and vases that bring joy and inspiration into your daily life. Since starting MJM Ceramics in 2022, she has expanded to creating custom pieces and offering small batch ceramics at local markets, where no two pieces are alike. It’s an honor for her to know that her work might add a special touch to your home and gatherings. ​​
